'Riftwalker' Is A Next Culture Profession

RIFTWALKER
This website is a skill-building environment for professional transformation agents who are called to create possibility for edgeworker-organizations.

'Riftwalker' is a profession in 'next culture' - in Archiarchy - the culture that naturally emerges after matriarchy and patriarchy have run their course.
Due to the rapid worldwide evolution of circumstances, expert Riftwalkers are a crucial catalyst for improving humankind's chances of shifting successfully to new, more responsible, local-authority cultures.
What is so difficult about the shift? Regenerative cultures demand more awareness.
More awareness equates to more responsibility.
Becoming more aware and more responsible changes the shape of your Being.
Changing the shape of your Being means going through the Rift of not knowing who you are - at least for a while - either as an individual or an organization. During such a Liquid State it is wise (and also comforting) to have a Riftwalker at your side, someone skilled navigating Rifts, someone ready to battle the Rift demons of the Shadow Worlds who inevitably show up to feed.

URGENCY
The more intensely it is revealed that modern culture (patriarchy.strikingly.com) is unable to create a bright future for humanity, the faster next cultures emerge. Each nanonation of next culture needs you.
Next cultures are social experiments where neither masculine (patriarchy) nor feminine (matriarchy) qualities dominate, but rather creative collaboration prevails between authentically initiated adult women and authentically initiated adult men (initiations.mystrikingly.com).
Next cultures are regenerative, therefore they are already thriving beneath the radar of the evening news.
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A RIFTWALKER AND AN EDGEWORKER
There is a significant skillset difference between a Riftwalker and an Edgeworker.
The difference has to do with the location of the Void / the Nothingness / the Unknown in a Gameworld .
The point is to know where the Void is in a Gameworld, and to be able to bring enough Chaos - or to become enough Chaos - that you can create, enter, and Navigate the Void. This service is of crucial importance to the health of a Gameworld, because it is through the Void that Evolution occurs. If a Gameworld is not evolving, it is already dead.
In every Gameworld, the Void is located in two places.
- The Void is located at the external edges of a Gameworld. In which case your work is to Go To The Edge and stay there. This sort of work for a Gameworld and the Participants is done by an Edgeworker.
- The Void is located as a 'Rift' or 'tear in the fabric of' a Gameworld. In this case your work is to locate the Rift, go to the Rift, and bring the Participants down into the Rift on a guided journey that brings Radically clear Awareness about whatever causes the Rift, and whatever benefits from the Rift. This sort of work for a Gameworld and the Participants is done by a Riftwalker.
It turns out that there are far more Rifts in Gameworlds than we ever imagined. Rifts are caused by Assumptions, Incomplete Communication, Reactivity, Untransformed Gremlins, Contaminated Adult Egostates, lack of Authentic Adulthood Initiation, using Standard Human Intelligence Thoughtware (S.H.I.T.), Expectations, Projections, Resentments, Revenge, Jealousy, Self Deceptions, Self Abuse, confusing or incomplete Gameworld Codex, mixed Context, lack of Integrity, lack of Spaceholding, the use of Hierarchy, the presence of Psychopaths, and using the Gameworld as a Gremlin Feeding Grounds when 'Being a source of Gremlin Food' is not specified as one of the primary purposes of the Gameworld.
This means that the Archan Specialty Profession of 'Riftwalker' is far more important than we ever imagined.
An Edgeworker builds new Gameworld Space out into new territory through expanding the Codex and Rules Of Engagement so that participants in the Gameworld can occupy new Gamespace.
In comparison, a Riftwalker dives into rifts that occur in the heart and guts of the Gameword so as to transform the mess into expanded awareness and sensitivities to increase Connection and Creative Collaboration.
An Edgeworker is more of an Inventor who is located in the 'Gameworld Builder' quadrant of Archetypal Lineages.
A Riftwalker is more of a Healer who is located in the 'Evolutionary' quadrant of Archetypal Lineages.
Both professions tend to the health and Evolution Of Consciousness of Archans and their Gaian Gameworlds.

EXPERIMENT RIFTWALK.02:
Break a rule.
Figure out what the purpose of each rule is. Who created the rule? Who enforces the rule? What are the consequences of breaking the rule? Choose a rule to break as an experiment. Depending on the kind of rule you might be breaking the rule forever, or you might break the rule just once and then go back to following the rule. Write which rule you will break in your Beep! Book. You might tell the people in your Possibility Team that you are preparing to do the Riftwalker Experiment #1 to break a rule. When you actually break the rule, break it slowly. See what happens to you in each of your 5 Bodies. See what happens to the space. See what happens to others. See what happens to your future. See what happens to your Gremlin. See what happens to your Box structure. Really notice it all and observe yourself in this experiment. Good luck! P.S. Don't get arrested. That would be a different experiment.
EXPERIMENT RIFTWALK.03:
Sit alone in nature for no reason.
Find a place in nature - no particular place - and sit there for 8 hours. Don't try to make it too comfortable. Have a little water with you, maybe some fruit or nuts. Don't worry if you fall asleep for awhile - probably you need sleep. Meet yourself. Meet who you are when you do not have a reason.
EXPERIMENT RIFTWALK.04:
Go in the dark.
Don't be so afraid of the dark that it stops you from going into the dark. Often times, going into the unknown feels like going into the dark because there is nothing there. You can prepare yourself for going into the unknown by going into the dark. Tonight, after it is really dark, go outside, find your way without a flashlight, go find a place that is dark, and sit there for an hour, noticing the difference between what is actually there and what your imagination conjurs up for you that might be there. Afterwards, write notes in your Beep! Book about what you imagined might be there.

Get an official Red Cross First Aid certification.

Learn to sew things by hand.
Your first sewing project can be sewing a small sewing kit for yourself.

Cover a brand by sewing on a patch.
If you wear a brand around you are doing free marketing for a profit-making corporation. Look around the stuff you carry and wear and count up how many brands you are marketing. Change your mind about being a pawn in someone else's gameworld. Cover over the brands. In this EXPERIMENT you can make the patch yourself or find one that you like. It can also simply be a patch of plain fabric that you sew over the brand.

This EXPERIMENT is about you giving yourself permission to have this experience of gloriously shining in public, for no reason, without caring what the other people notice or think or feel about you shining. Write down in your Beep! Book. anything you notice about your ability and capacity to Shine. Do this EXPERIMENT twice a week for a month and notice any changes.

Record your videos with video or audio recorders, and make these interviews available on your website. Transcribe the key communications in the interviews and publish them as articles. Ask the most dangerous, challenging, radically honest questions you can. Do not control the interview. Do not make the interview about what you think. Let the speaker speak into the greatest listening of the audience. Do not force the speaker to speak into your limited listening space. That is the point of the interview, to create a larger listening space for the speaker to speak into.

You will need to use the Vacuum form of Rapid Learning to support each person upgrading their thoughtware, so they can get centered, and present, and take their authority back, and feel into what they as initiated adults want to create together.
